SUMMER SALES REP

The Sales Rep position is reserved for people seeking success. This job will not only set you apart financially, it will boost your professional career.

Sales Reps are responsible for marketing and selling accounts for Pinnacle Security. By following direction and leadership from your Sales Manager, you will develop productive, working relationships with customers to sell and market Pinnacle Security products and services. By conducting sales calls, primarily door-to-door, you’ll seek the placement of product in high-volume areas.

Sales Reps attend daily meetings and training sessions to collaborate with team members and define weekly goals.

On average, Sales Reps earn enough money in four short months to focus on school for the other eight, instead of worrying about monetary obligations. Financial freedom and educational success await Sales Reps who join the premier team in home security sales, Pinnacle Security.

Average # of Sales in 1 Summer (for those tha complete the program): 103

Basic Requirements

Bilingual Collector 

Pinnacle Security, a leader in home security, has an immediate opening for several Bilingual Collectors in our Lindon, UT location.
 
Spanish/English speaking Collectors will contact past due accounts by telephone to bring the account current. Documents collection activities and may recommend accounts to go to collection agency. Must be able to type 45 wpm, be self-motivated, and be able to handle escalated calls. Hourly wage plus bonus. Full Time shifts are 12:00pm to 8:00pm.

Maintenance Office Coordinator 

Pinnacle Security, a leader in home security, has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Office Coordinator at our corporate headquarters in Orem, Utah.
         
This administrative position will maintain all assigned regional sales managers accounts. This includes determining reasons for the account being placed in-house, and following up to resolve any issues with the account. Position involves working with other departments to resolve the issues that arise with the paperwork. Position is responsible for filing all daily submittals. Responsible for pulling all contracts as needed for other departments. Maintain all contracts in an organized, efficient, and accurate manner. Complete projects related to filing the physical contracts. Maintain and improve filing system to meet company objectives. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Requires at least one year previous administrative or related office work and with Excel 2007. Pay $10/hr, M-F, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Inside Sales Agent 

Pinnacle Security, a national leader in home security, has immediate openings for Inside Sales Agents at our call center in Lindon, Utah.
 
Pinnacle Security is hiring Inside Sales Agents for our morning and evening shifts.
My top inside sales agent made nearly $200,000 in total compensation in 2009, and that was in his first year! Our Christmas gift to him? An $8000 Rolex.  He is on pace to exceed 2009 by 8%.  

Pinnacle Security Inside Sales experienced 150% growth from 2008 to 2009 and we are on pace for another 100% growth in 2010.   

In 2009 we had less than a 25% turnover of our agents ... compare that to more than 300% turnover from some of our competitors. We are not a chop shop that hires anyone and just hopes they make a few sales before they quit. Our entire recruiting, training, compensation, benefits and culture strategy is geared around helping you enjoy your career. Simply put, we hope you are at Pinnacle Security for a very long time.

We have an aggressive commission structure and give out thousands of dollars per month in prizes and incentives.  You will have access to our 2 gyms, sauna, locker rooms, basketball facility, and 55-seat Stadium Theater. Full-time regular employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days.

Obviously, we can't guarantee that you'll make $200,000 in the next 12 months, although it is completely possible as it has been done before. However, any decent sales agent will easily make $60,000.

Expectations for Inexperienced Agents:  If you have never before sold home security systems you will start out on warm leads and be expected to generate 10 installed sales.  After you have generated 10 installed accounts (that should take roughly one month), you will move onto the hot leads.  Our basic expectation for any agent on hot leads is 17 installed accounts per month.
 
Expectations for Experienced Security Sales Agents:  You will start out on our best leads and be expected to generate a minimum of 17 installed accounts per month within 60 days.  Our average for experienced agents is closer to 30 installs per month.    Our top agents sell roughly 68 accounts per month.
 
We are currently hiring for two shifts, 7:30am to 2:00pm and 2:00pm to 10:00pm. Pay $7.25 per hour plus commission, bonus and incentive.

Senior Manager Account Creation 

Pinnacle Security, a leader in home security, has an immediate opening for a Senior Manager Account at our call center in Lindon, Utah.
         
Qualified candidates will be part of a team responsible for a 500 seat call center. Primary responsibilities focus on common areas such as service delivery, customer satisfaction and staff development.  Additional responsibilities include process analysis and improvement both within the assigned departments and also show significant experience with process improvement initiatives within groups and cross functionally.
 
Candidates will need to have demonstrated excellence in the day to day operations pieces as well as finding and driving improvement initiatives at all levels. Desired experience in Workforce Management, Training, phone systems and project management.
 
Ideal candidates will have Sr. level call center experience setting strategic direction and driving process improvement.
